AUSTRALIAN RECORD PRICE FOR DANCE CRAZE FILLY

A stunning outcome for our consignment at the Melbourne Nutrien Equine yearling sale at Oaklands Junction on Sunday.

A Walner Ca-Dance Craze filly led the way by being sold for an Australian trotting yearling record price of $250,000 to top the sale.

Some 11 of 13 YDF lots sold at an average $70,455.

It was a landmark sale for the trotting gait, topping each of the colts and fillies categories.

Trotters also averaged more than pacers for colts and fillies.
