Commodus is frontrunner to become the third Yabby Dam Farms-bred winner of the Group 1 Yabby Dams Farms Victoria Trotters Derby at Maryborough on Sunday (November 2).
He is positioned to follow in the footsteps of Une Belle Allure (2017) and Cravache Dor (2022).

Commodus is a frontrunner for the $60,0000 3yo classic after taking out one of the two heats at Maryborough.

The Jayne Davies-trained gelding led to land his seventh career win in 16 starts.

TWO Yabby Dam Farms-bred and owned youngsters also face the start at Redwood Day.

3yo colt Enchauffour is second-up after scoring at Geelong on October 17.

Stablemate Lady Manche is on debut.

The 3yo filly is by Used To Me Fra and the first foal out of US-bred Continentallady (7 wins).
