YDF STALLIONS MAKING THEIR MARK IN THE USA

Yabby Dam Farms’ international stallion roster continues to deliver on the world stage, with In Range, Ecurie D and Walner all featuring prominently through the performances of their progeny in North America in 2026.

The progeny of In Range continue to build an impressive record, with the son of Bar Hopping currently sitting fourth on the 2026 3YO Trotting Sires list by earnings, with 52 starters earning more than $US 1.89 million. He is also sixth among 2YO Trotting Sires, with 53 starters earning more than $US 894,000.

Leading the way for him is Big Ranger, who has taken his sire onto one of trotting’s biggest stages.

After winning his Hambletonian elimination in 1:50, Big Ranger produced another outstanding performance in the $1 million Hambletonian Final, going down by just a nose to Apex (Walner) in 1:49.2.

Big Ranger has now earned $772,947, joining an impressive group of In Range progeny including Setyoursightshigh ($877,996), Rose Run Banker ($342,780), Rose Run Brooke ($314,579), Demonic Niko ($304,760) and Rose Run Boom ($185,581).

The depth across both In Range’s two and three-year-old crops is continuing to strengthen his credentials as one of the exciting young international trotting sires.

At the same time, Ecurie D’s first North American crop is making an immediate impression.

From just 49 foals, Ecurie D has already had 29 starters, headed by exciting two-year-old Lifetime Dreamer.

Lifetime Dreamer delivered a headline performance in the $US180,000 New Jersey Sire Stakes Final, stopping the clock in a brilliant 1:51.1 - a world-record mile and the fastest two-year-old trotting performance in the USA this season.

Already a winner of $US110,000, Lifetime Dreamer leads an emerging group that also includes Internal Dialog (Q1:54.0), Lets Play Ecurie (Q1:57.3), Robuchon (1:57.3), Oliver Blu (Q1:58.3) and Dandelion Wine (Q1:59.4).

For a stallion with his first North American crop only just hitting the racetrack, it is an exciting start.

And the results continue with Walner, who remains firmly among North America’s leading trotting sires.

Walner currently sits No.1 on the 2026 2YO Trotting Sires list, with 97 starters earning more than $1.76 million, while also sitting second among 3YO Trotting Sires, with 70 starters earning more than $3.37 million.

From established sire Walner, to the rapidly emerging In Range, and Ecurie D making an immediate impact with his first North American crop, the results continue to underline the international quality available through the Yabby Dam Farms stallion roster.
