A richly talented son of Bar Hopping, In Range displayed exceptional ability from an early age, competing successfully against North America's elite juveniles before developing into a high-class three-year-old. At two he won an elimination of the US Breeders Crown, three legs of the Pennsylvania Sires Stakes and the Pennsylvania All-Stars, while finishing runner-up in both the US Breeders Crown Final (Gr.1) and the Pennsylvania Sires Stakes Final, along with the International Stallion Stakes. At three he added victories in the Muscle Hill Trot and a leg of the Pennsylvania Sires Stakes, while placing in the Canadian Trotting Classic (Gr.1), Phil Langley Memorial (Gr.3), US Breeders Crown (Gr.1), Yonkers Trot (Gr.1) and Matron Stakes (Gr.3). From just 27 starts, In Range recorded seven wins, six seconds and six thirds, earning more than $793,000 and establishing himself among the leading trotters of his generation.

By the outstanding Bar Hopping, In Range is out of the Windsongs Legacy mare Ilia, a proven producer whose progeny include multiple stakes performers Tight Lines, Long Tom and Go Boom, giving the family four $100,000 earners. His second dam, Tasha Yar, was herself a multiple Ontario Sires Stakes Gold winner before establishing a deep and consistent maternal family. At stud, In Range has already established himself as a successful young international sire, with leading performers in both North America and Europe, including Setyoursightshigh, the 2025 USA Two-Year-Old Filly Trotter of the Year, Big Ranger, Rose Run Banker, Demonic Niko and Swedish Breeders Crown winner Pure Athena.
